“时间线”被控抄袭“时间轴”

2012年，Facebook就被一家叫做立方网的中国互联网创业公司起诉，控诉的理由就是抄袭。立方网公司CEO熊万里认为，Facebook的“时间线”是抄袭了本公司的“时间轴”功能。

据《每日电讯报》报道，熊万里称，时间轴功能由其公司立方网发明，2008年该公司推出了“时间轴”概念，即按时间顺序展示用户动态。The Chinese start-up claims the timeline feature is their own,after launching the same layout in 2008, which shows people’s activity in chronological order.

熊万里在斯坦福大学发表过一场关于“时间轴”功能的演讲。据信，Facebook创始人、美国大学校友马克·扎克伯格参加了这场演讲。Xiong Wanli, the founder of Cubic Network, conducted a talk about the timeline feature at Stanford University, which Facebook founder and alumni of the American university, Mark Zuckerberg, is believed to have attended.

之后，扎克伯格于2011年在F8开发者大会上发布“时间线”的概念，这是大约在立方网发布“时间轴”功能的三年之后。Zuckerberg unveiled its 'Timeline' in 2011 at f8, the social network's annual developer's conference – some three years after Cubic Network showcased the feature.

Lasso抄袭抖音

在2018年，Facebook推出的短视频分享应用Lasso也被传抄袭抖音。Lasso立志于争夺年轻用户的市场，但是在很多国人眼中，它与我们日常打发时间的app——抖音大同小异。

Lasso软件的功能几乎和抖音一样，用户可以创建编辑短视频，并为视频添加滤镜或者配乐，然后再将其分享到Facebook或者Instagram的账号上。

据《福布斯》报道，中国互联网公司字节跳动推出的短视频应用TikTok“激励”了Facebook推出了自己的版本Lasso，该软件被形容为“百分之百”复制了中国的短视频软件抖音APP。China's short video app TikTok from Chinese unicorn ByteDance prompted Facebook in 2018 to launch its own version，Lasso， that has been described in China as a "100 percent" copy of the Chinese-created app.

照搬微信？

据《福布斯》报道，2019年，Facebook在计划创建能够实现线上交流的私人群组时，借鉴了中国的微信群组模式。同时，微信推出的线上红包功能也”激发”了Facebook推出类似的现金礼物功能。Facebook copied China's messaging app WeChatwhen making plans to introduce private groups for online communication.WeChat's online version of Chinese New Year red envelopes stuffed with cash for gifts to friends and family also inspired Facebook, which tested its own cash gift feature.
